Roles and Responsibilities
- Gather business requirements and prepare the requirements document
- Evaluate customer needs and appropriately recommend future system enhancements
- Analyze requirements and prepare functional design documents
- Design, configure, implement and test Workday business systems based on the analysis of the user’s requirements
- Coordinate with IT and business teams for Integration requirements, analysis, design, development and testing
- Create test plans and conduct testing
- Provide day to day systems support including troubleshooting data and systems issues, recommending solutions and implementing fixes to the Workday system
- Manage multiple, high priority tasks and adjust to shifting priorities, while meeting deadlines
- Work closely with the project team to track issues through to resolution and resolve queries.
- Required to have Bachelors in Computer Science/Business Management
- Masters in Computer Science/MBA preferred
