Roles and Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and prepare the requirements document
• Evaluate customer needs and appropriately recommend future system enhancements
• Analyze requirements and prepare functional design documents
• Design, configure, implement and test Workday business systems based on the analysis of the user’s requirements
• Coordinate with IT and business teams for Integration requirements, analysis, design, development and testing
• Create test plans and conduct testing
• Provide day to day systems support including troubleshooting data and systems issues, recommending solutions and implementing fixes to the Workday system
• Manage multiple, high priority tasks and adjust to shifting priorities, while meeting deadlines
• Work closely with the project team to track issues through to resolution and resolve queries.
• Required to have Bachelors in Computer Science/Business Management
• Masters in Computer Science/MBA preferred
