• Proven ability to Prepare Test Strategy in collaboration with QA Test Management, participate in backlog review/ estimations, sprint reviews, sprint planning, sprint retrospections etc.
• Perform End to End Testing activities creating strategy in collaboration with QA Test Management, Test plan, risk management, monitoring day to day activities, conducting scrum meetings, Creating Test Scenarios, Test cases, Execute Test cases, Report bugs, reviewing the deliverables of testing team, Project Reporting, customer interactions etc
• Perform different types of testing including end to end web testing, Database Testing, multi browser testing, mobile testing(using developer tools) , Accessibility Testing& UAT
• Accountable for coordinating, communicating, disseminating testing timelines, deliverables, and all other information to QA manager and project teams
• Responsible for reporting to QA testing team, colleagues, senior management on a regular basis to ensure all relative and critical information is clearly and expeditiously shared to include Test strategy, Estimations, Test Plans, Test Cases, Defect Reports, Test Reports (weekly, daily and Sprint Wise) Risk Register, Metrics, Test Summary Reports and other key data point as required by management
• Background in agile and waterfall methodologies.
• Required to have Bachelors in Computer Science/Business Management
• Masters inComputer Science /MBA preferred

• Assist in the collection and documentation of user’s requirements.
• Assist in the development of logical and physical specifications.
• Develop solutions by designing system specifications, standards and programming.
• Identify and communicate technical problems, processes, and solutions.
• Propose and evangelize development standards across multiple projects and vendors.
